Guests benefit from a dedicated communal covered parking area situated just 100 metres from the property, ensuring convenient arrival and departure. The chalet is equipped with a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay. A well-maintained yard surrounds the property, providing a welcoming outdoor setting, and a tennis court is available within 2 kilometres, offering additional recreational opportunities for active guests. The central heating system ensures a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the chalet, making it an ideal retreat in every season.

    This charming 4-room semi-detached vacation rental extends across 98 m2 spread over 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Oriented toward the south, the property benefits from excellent natural light throughout the day. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious open-plan living and dining area featuring a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a digital television. The fully open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this convivial space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set complete the kitchen's entertaining essentials. A separate WC is also located on this level. From the living area, you have direct access to a patio with both south-facing and east-facing orientations. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and 1 smaller room fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. كان الكوخ نظيف وجميل ووسط جرينوالد تقريباً ويوجد بقاله قريبه ومخبز وموقف سياره خاص يجب ان تاخذ تعليمات الوصول للموقف من مكتب التاجير يفضل الوصول مبكرا للحصول على المفتاح بسهوله
