Ein schönes Hotel, das Personal war wirklich sehr nett, Hunde sind im Haus kein Problem. Sehr gut als Reiseziel für ältere Menschen geeignet, nicht unbedingt für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Das Frühstück war ordentlich, passend zum Preis. Man kann in der näheren Umgebung auch viel unternehmen...alles in allem ein ordentlichert Aufenthalt.

Schönes Hotel

Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus sondern in der Villa mussten leider feststellen das dort das W-lan nicht vorhanden war. Und es wäre schön wenn die Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer im Preis inbegriffen wäre. Ansonsten das Gebiet die Lage Sauberkeit Freundlichkeit und auch das buffet waren mehr als gut.

Verbesserungspotenzial!

Leider gab es Keine gute Internetverbindung, In Bezug auf das Abendessen sollte verbessert werden, da nach 10 Minuten viele Speisen bereits aufgebracht waren. Es sollte sichergestellt werden, dass alle Gäste gleiche Portionen erhalten, und nicht, dass für diejenigen, die später essen, nicht mehr übrig bleibt.

Dieses Hotel hat sehr viel Potenzial, leider wird es nicht genutzt. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort, unser Zimmer war spartanisch lieblos eingerichtet. Gebucht waren bei unserem Zimmer zwei Erwachsene ein Kind. Bei der Ankunft, war nur ein doppel Bett im Zimmer, mein Mann ging zur Rezeption erklärte es und der Angestellte kümmerte sich genervt darum und ließ ein durchgebogenes Klappbett bringen. Wer Probleme mit dem Rücken hat sollte ebenfalls vorher überlegen hier zu buchen, die Matratzen sind extrem weich. Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgt hier nicht, also auch keine frischen Handtücher. Bei der zweiten Familie, die mit uns gereist ist ging nicht mal die Tür ganz auf da direkt hinter der Tür ein Kleiderschrank steht, so das die Tür nur zur hälfte geöffnet werden kann. Beim Check out unterhielten sich die Damen miteinander und nahmen uns zwar zur Kenntnis, interessierten sich aber erst nach 2-3 Minuten für uns, als sie ihr Gespräch beendet hatten. Es kam die Frage, hatten sie ein Wasser? Die erste Frage sollte lauten " hatten sie einen schönen Aufenthalt" kann jetzt alles nörgeln auf hohem Niveau sein, aber wenn man sich selber mit 4* brüstet, sollte man sich auch mit Niveau messen.

Leider fehlt es hier an allen Ecken und Kanten. Es geht z.B. beim Einchecken los. Hotelangestellte müssen erstmal untereinander fertig ratschen und dann kommt der Gast dran. Zimmerservice gibt es nicht. Betten werden nicht gemacht, frische Handtücher, davon kann man nur träumen. Zimmer sind schmuddelig. Unsere Zimmertür lies sich nur zur Hälfte öffnen, schuld daran der professionell eingebaute Einbauschrank. Sehr praktisch wenn man die Hände voll mit Gepäck hat und Dir die Tür wieder entgegen kommt oder an den Kopf knallt. Schade da die Lage und die Anlage wirklich sehr viel Potenzial haben. Wir buchen dieses Hotel nicht mehr.

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub in diesem Hotel, waren aber tagsüber unterwegs viel unterwegs, sodass wir nichts weiter zum sonstigen Programm sagen können. Das Hotelzimmer war groß und geräumig mit großem Badezimmer. Das Abendbrot & Frühstück in der Fälschergalerie ist optisch interessant und unterhaltsam!

Wir waren vom 31.8. - 4.9.22 dort. Die Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Frühstück o.K. Nachliefern von ausgegangenen Speisen u. Kaffee musste man extra anfordern und dauerte. Von selbst ging nichts. Beim Abendessen grundsätzlich das gleiche. Die Folgegruppen hatten nichts mehr. Viel Fertigware, geschmacklich nicht gut. Selbst gebratenes schwamm in Soßen. Die Küche ist stark Verbesserungswürdig.!!

Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Schöne Zimmer, tolles Bad, außer Duschkopf an der falschen Stelle (210). Gutes Essen nach Karte, etwas hochpreisig, aber noch ok. Frühstück hat für jeden was. Lage am See ist sehr schön, Haus von außen auch sehenswert. Service sehr bemüht tlw. (noch) etwas unprofessionell. Schade ist der unflexible Check in nur ab 15.00 für IndividualUrlauber.

Die Unterkunft war ok, habe es schon vor 2 Tagen bewertet. Ich habe nur zum Preis eine Auskunft. Bei der Abreise ist mir eine Rechnung über die Hotelkosten für den Zeitraum vom 28.07.-02.08.2021 ausgehändigt worden. . Wir haben 731,00€ bezahlt und die Rechnungssumme vom Hotel 579,42€, wie kommt das? Möchte darüber eine Aufklärung. Es ist viel Geld für uns, es ist ja kein kleiner Betrag. The hotel was clean and good comfortable beds. It was a short overnight stay. We arrived at 19.30 and was shown the menu. We decided to go to a restaurant in town instead as the selection was not to our taste. Good breakfast.
