Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Seehotel Heidehof. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Daher überwiegt der positive Eindruck und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir kommen sehr gerne in das Seehotel Heidehof. Das Personal und die sehr gute Küche hat uns bislang niemals enttäuscht. Dazu die ruhige Lage direkt am See und schon liegt der Alltag in weiterer Ferne.

Wer sich richtig erholen will,ist hier richtig. Wer was erkunden möchte,muss ein Auto besitzen! Fahrräder bekommt man,finde es aber etwas überteuert für welche die mal zum Strand hin und zurück wollen für normale 12,- und E-Bikes 30,-€ das läbbert sich,so für eine Woche z.B.

Nie ein Einzelzimmer

Habe nicht aufgepasst und ein Einzelzimmer unter dem Dach gebucht. Nichts für normal große Europäer. Bad geht, aber durch die Schräge kann man sich kaum bewegen . Nachts mehrfach an der Schräge gestoßen.

Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbüffet mehr als ausreichend und das Restaurant hat eine kleine, aber sehr schmackhafte Speisekarte.

Wir kommen gern wieder

Wir mögen die Stadt Neubrandenburg mit dem Tollensesee. Im Heidehof ist man direkt am See, man kann spazieren gehen, wandern, Fahrrad fahren, schwimmen- wenn es wärmer wird. Uns gefällt der Wintergarten für die Restaurantbesuche und das Frühstück. Der Blick auf den See ist frei und jetzt im Frühling waren rosa blühende Bäume hell leuchtend präsent.

Das war unser 2. Aufenthalt. Wie beim 1. Mal kein Personal am Empfang-Warten bis auf nochmalige Nachfrage dann jemand kommmt. Restaurant eine komplette Enttäuschung.Sehr überschaubare Speisekarte- finde ich vernünftig- wenn dann aber das Essen 1 1/2 Stunden auf sich warten lässt und dann noch von absolut enttäuschender Qualität ist, ist die Entscheidung, dort nochmals zu Übernachtung, sehr schnell gefällt.

Sehr schön gelegen, genug Parkplätze, gutes WLAN. Personal nicht immer am Checkintresen anzutreffen und die Zimmer im 2. Stock als 18qm Einzelzimmer zu bewerben (zumindest über Expedia) ist schon gewagt, da sie Dachkammer sind, die zu 70 Prozent aus Schrägen bestehen..

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein und das Bad hat bessere Zeiten gesehen. Auch hier ist der Kaffee beim Frühstück kann durchaus aromatischer sein.

Das Hotel Heidehof liegt idyllisch am Tollensesee in Klein Nemerow. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Gute Rastmöglichkeit während einer Fahrradtour oder eines Spaziergangs rund um den Tollensesee mit tollen Ausblick auf den See.
