Its location right on the sandy beach—just about 50 metres away—allows you to enjoy the Baltic Sea air and the ocean right at your doorstep. The ground-floor location ensures easy access with just a few steps.

The apartment features two rooms, including a separate bedroom (with a pull-out bed) and a cosy living room with an open kitchen. There are three sleeping arrangements available in total, providing ample space for small families or couples. Children are expressly welcome, making the accommodation ideal for family holidays as well.

The bright living area features a sofa corner, a flat-screen TV, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and numerous kitchen utensils. A dining table and a separate dining area invite you to relax and enjoy meals together.

The bathroom is functionally furnished and features a shower, a sink, and a mirror. For your convenience, a shared washing machine and dryer are available in the house, making even longer stays hassle-free.

A major highlight is the covered patio, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers a pleasant retreat with a view of the garden. When the weather is nice, you can spend relaxing hours here listening to the sound of the ocean—the blinds ensure privacy.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a gate system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
