「We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. We arrived a litlle early, but Etel and Klaudia warmly welcomed us with beverages, so that we enjoyed the phantastic views, while they finished preparing the apartment. 「Abbiamo passato una settimana nell'appartamento a fine dicembre. L'appartamento si trova direttamente su una bella e spaziosa spiaggia. Verso sud si può camminare per chilometri sulla spiaggia. Bel giardino con grill. Posteggio per la macchina. Al centro di Castiglione si arriva tranquillamente a piedi. Casa spaziosa e ideale per noi che viaggiavamo con 4 bambini/giovani. I locatori sono gentilissimi e perfettamente corretti. Tutto come convenuto. Posso consigliare vivamente l'appartamento.」

Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen ist genug Platz, zum kochen ist es allerdings nicht gut geeignet, da es keine vernünftige Lüftung in der Küche gibt. Alle Fenster sind super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet! 「Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

Certaines choses sont très compétitives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait très bien senti en famille et même des couples se se sentiront bien. Car nous avons trouvé de manière générale des familles respectueuses rien à voir avec certains complexes touristiques. L'appartement était de bien avec une climatisation centrale...
