「Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference. 」

「We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. 」

「We had a wonderful week at this location. When we walked in the door the house smelled so clean and fresh! And it was clean from top to bottom! The Kitchen had everything that we needed and we enjoyed eating there with our whole family! The house was perfect for the 10 of us that stayed there. Beds were clean and comfortable. 「Place looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and check in was easy. It was a plus that many essentials were already there....ziploc bags, tin foil, toilet paper, condiments, coffee etc. It was a 20 minute drive to the entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Neighborhood was quiet and you could unwind on the beautiful back screened in porch. There was a propane fire table (not sure what to call it) where we made smores at night on the deck. I would definitely recommend this property !」

「This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!」

「Me and 9 members of my family stayed comfortable, the parking was very tight for 4 vehicles, we had a few issues but they were taken care of the same day or by the next day.
