Flower on the Mountain is a stunning 4-bedroom dual king suite home in Massanutten, Virginia that offers a true Shenandoah Valley experience. The home boasts a beautiful mural of the Shenandoah forest in the dining room, while the upper king suite bedroom features gorgeous birch tree wallpaper, reminiscent of the stunning mountain scenery. The screened-in porch, new hot tub and enormous outdoor living space offer the perfect setting for relaxation after a fun day of playing at the Massanutten Resort or in the Shenandoah Valley.

Our Massanutten neighborhood is very family friendly and is occupied by many full time residents. We follow a quiet time rule of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. No parties allowed.

All furnishings and amenities are new. Our home is a traditional split level home. Upon entry there are steps leading up to the main floor and steps leading down to the lower level.

☀We love animals but in order to serve guests with allergies, we have a no pet policy. If you bring a pet, you will be charged an additional $500 and asked to leave without a refund.

Here's what Sarah had to say about our home, "We had a GREAT time at this house! The game room was perfect for entertaining my 8 and 11 year old sons and 4 year old nephew. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub as well. All the bedrooms are beautiful with comfy beds and bedding. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and more! We really appreciated the coffee bar. Shannon was very responsive for all my questions before and during our stay. If we are back in the Massanutten area again, we will try to book this house again. I truly believe it can’t get much better than Flower on the Mountain!"

The Massanutten Resort amenities listed above are available to guests for a fee. Many activities are seasonal. It is HIGHLY recommended guests reserve tickets for Massanutten Resort activities in advance, we are a popular destination and some activities sell out during peak times. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and any amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason outside of our cancellation policy.

House access: A welcome booklet with house details and door lock instructions will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your arrival

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please notify us of any issues you have with the home within the first hour of checking in or immediately upon incident.

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed. There will be a fine for violation.

Garbage: Trash disposal at community dumpster only (no onsite garbage service), fee if garbage is left. Directions will be provided in your welcome booklet. Please do not place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porch. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.

Pets: We love animals but in order to serve guests with allergies, we have a no pet policy. If you bring a pet, you will be charged an additional fee and asked to leave without a refund.

Parking: 4 car maximum. All tires must be off the roadway. Per HOA, parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
