「Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was.」

「The management are wonderful people. The rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast isn't the best breakfast bar, but it gets the job done. I like the convenience of the location and the price is great for someone with a budget. Although, it's not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are very well taken care of, the pillows are comfy and you don't have to worry about shady people there; at least that's been my experience. I go to this hotel often when I visit with my family.」

「The house was conveniently near family who live in Grovetown. The fenced in yard was good for our dogs.」

「Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place.」
