Great Location

Lovely holiday home in a fantastic location - walk out of the gate onto the Garrigue & look at the Marina, walk less than 5 minutes for fantastic views of old Gruissan, the salt flats & the Med. Very well equipped house, lovely outdoor area with garden furniture, totally secure for pets.

Great location

The location is great - in walking distance of the old town, the port and a great area at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Well equipped house, had what you need. Garden is a good space. Would stay there again.

Location située à quelques minutes à pied du port de plaisance et de ses nombreux restaurants. Le logement est équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Tous les jours de la semaine , vous pouvez faire votre marché. La plage des chalets et ses parkings gratuits, est idéale pour bronzer en famille. Gruissan est une station balnéaire calme où il fait bon vivre . Vous pourrez découvrir les environs en vélo grâce à ses pistes cyclables.

Ferien in Gruissan

Wir hatten schöne Ferien mit Meer, Markt und Sonne. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen um alles zu erreichen. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für Rollstuhlfahrer aber leider nicht geeignet.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Gruissan; ruhig aber doch so gelegen dass man zu Fuß fast überall hingehen kann. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung als auch mit der Vermieterin waren schon vor Urlaubsantritt unkompliziert und freundlich und gut organisiert, sodass keine Fragrn offen blieben. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst.Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Ort ist zwar trubelig aber auch sehr schön. Sowohl die rin waren unkomplizfreundlich. Wir gelöst werden.

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen oder in die Altstadt, 4 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten, Schlafzimmer sind klein aber ok. 1 Bett 160 cm, 1 Bett 140 cm und 2Stockbetten, die sind 90 cm breit und haben allerdings nur 80 cm Matratzen, sieht leider sehr provisorisch aus! Was wir sehr unangenehm fanden, war der penetrante Gestank aus der Dusche, vermutlich gibt es hier kein Siphon! Was uns sehr geärgert hat, es gab keine Liegen, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben ( die waren laut der Dame von der Agentur, alt und kaputt) und der Grill war nicht zu benutzen, da es keinen Grillrost gab ( der wäre, laut Auskunft geklaut worden) es war lediglich eine kleine Einmalgrillschale vorhanden, für 4 Personen viel zu klein! Die Stockbetten, mit den zu kleinen Matratzen waren leider entlang der Rahmen sehr schmutzig. Das Haus ansonsten soweit sauber.

Sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Durch ein Gartentürchen kommt man direkt in das wunderschöne Naturschutzgebiet, wo man einen sehr schönen Ausblick hat. Von dort läuft man in das Dorf oder zum Hafen. Es sind wunderschöne Wege. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das einzige was etwas schwierig für uns war, die Hausübergabe kam per Video und wurde auf Französisch gesprochen. Das konnten wir dann nicht übersetzten und nur erahnen. Die schriftlichen Sachen sind besser zum übersetzten. Wir kamen aber zurecht und es hat trotzdem sehr gut geklappt.

sehr angenehme Vater und Sohn Woche

wir hatten von unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor 5 Jahren eine gute Erinnerung und haben uns sehr gerne wieder hier eingemietet. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und doch nah am Dorf und am Hafen. Man kann das Auto weitgehend stehen lassen und das meiste zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erledigen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, entspricht der Anzeige. Es war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war herzlich aber präzise. Deutschsprachige TV-Sender leider Fehlanzeige, letztlich haben wir es nicht vermisst.

Une belle surprise

Situation excellente pour vos virées en vélo ou à pied vers le port ou le vieux village, le marché tous les 2 jours avec en bonus la promenade vers la table d'orientation, le four à pains etc... avec votre compagnon à 4 pattes ou en amoureux ou avec vos bambins pour admirer le lever et le coucher de soleil, bref une envie de revenir !

Emplacement idéal

La maison est idéalement placée entre le port et le village. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades, aller au marché et sortir le soir à pied. Petits commerces et restaurants à 2 pas (toujours à pied). Les plages sont à 5 min en voiture ou en vélo et aucune difficulté pour se garer. La location est bien équipée et tout confort. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres et baie vitrée ce qui nous a permis de faire des courants d'air sans subir les piqûres de moustiques. Climatisation bien appréciable au rez de chaussée. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Petite maison agréable

Le sanitaire du rez de chaussée apporte une touche de modernité. Ceux qui dorment à l'étage n'y vont que le soir; il fait trop chaud. Clim au rez de chaussée.Tout le matériel est en bon état . Possibilité de manger dehors. Environnement calme, sauf les cris des mouettes qui nous réveillent à 6h ! Nous avons découvert toutes seules, derrière le portillon, le Parc aux Moulins. Nous avons regardé le feu d'artifice depuis cet endroit. Nous avons demandé aux voisins la situation des récup-verres et cartons. Séjour très agréable. Accueil de l'agence agréable mais incomplet. Après avoir eu une autorisation pour traverser par le parking voisin , l'accès au port devenait facile . De plus , la proximité de la plage des chalets a été très appréciable . Dommage que le vent ait été aussi fort !

Super Lage, Haus sehr sauber !

Für uns (2Erwachsene + Hund) war die Lage perfekt . Kurze Wege in den Ort und Naturschutzgebiet direkt neben dem Gartentor. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit Mückengitter versehen . Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig . Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat auch gut funktioniert .

Gruissan im Februar

Wir haben uns für Winterurlaub am Meer entschieden und waren begeistert. Wir haben das milde Klima im Februar genossen und konnten mit unserem Hund viele schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen unternehmen. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was es braucht. Der Check-In/Out war sehr gut organisiert.

Très, très bien!

Endroit calme, situé dans un clos résidentiel très agréable. Localisation idéale car proche de tout (port, village....). Le parc patrimonial sur lequel donne la propriété est magnifique. Extérieur (terrasse, barrières, portillons) idéal pour les animaux. La climatisation était très appréciable. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix!

Gute Lage, man ist schnell im Ort und am Yachthafen, ruhig

schönes, kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem sehr zentral. Kleiner Garten, so dass man auch mal einen Tag im Haus verbringen kann. Zum Strand nimmt man das Auto, geht schnell und . zumindest im Juli gibt es dort auch noch Parkplätze. Gruissan ist ein sehr schöner Ort.

Très beau village. Gîte ayant toutes commodités.

Après un début de vacances très rock'n'roll dû aux locataires précédents et à la légèreté de l'agence pour gérer le problème, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La propriété est proche du village, tous commerces et nombreux marchés typiques au village et aux alentours. Le plus du gîte, le calme. Collé à la propriété un site de promenade que notre chien a beaucoup apprécié. Le Jardinet pourrait être plus ombragé. A savoir pour le budget vacances : la caution de 250 euros est encaissée quelques jours avant votre départ et elle est rendue quelques jours après la fin de votre séjour moins l'électricité.
