"Overall, we had a very nice holiday in this accommodation. What is missing, and we shared this with the landlord, is air conditioning. When night temperatures are high, it’s almost impossible to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, we were there with four people and one bathroom for us was sufficient. But staying there with 8 people would have made the one bathroom situation difficult."

"A very homely cottage in the best location. Gruissan was brilliant and this cottage was perfectly located, a stone's throw from Gruissan village with multiple shops, boulangeries, restaurants and cafes. The cottage was just as described on the website and our family of four found it great. We didn't need to use the upstairs bedroom or bathroom at all! The owner was helpful and friendly when needed. We would visit again!"

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir bereits früher einchecken konnten – das kam uns sehr entgegen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, sodass alles schnell und einfach erreichbar war. Beim Check-out wäre etwas mehr Abstimmung hilfreich gewesen, ansonsten war aber alles bestens. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns als Familie wohlgefühlt haben"

"Our stay in Gruissan was wonderful! Patrice and Flo were the best hosts, meeting us when we arrived, showing us around the property, giving us tips about where to eat and visit, even sending us reminders about market day and offering to rent us mountain bikes. The house is very comfortable, with everything we needed. It is walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, (and the bakery and grocery market during the season). The Gruissan Village Saturday market is a must see! It went on for blocks and blocks. If you are a digital nomad, the wifi is very fast and reliable. For people with pets, the yard is secure, and the neighborhood is very dog-friendly. 5 stars, for sure!"
