「Esperienza deludente.

「The property was good with wonderful views of the sea and airport. Expedia website stated it was an 8 minute walk from the airport. IT IS NOT! It's around 30 with luggage, 20 if just walking fast. It is NOT a hotel but an efficiency within an apartment in an apartment block with a shared kitchen. The wifi was slow if we didn't have our door to the communal area open. It was very convenient next to another block with a fantastic supermarket. Overall good for a one night stay for an early...

「Sabino was very helpful right from the start. Great communication. Very helpful. The entrance to the property requires attention, but with very clear instructions. Even I was able to get in without a hassle. I stayed at a one bedroom suite. Nice and large with good kitchen supply and microwave. I thought was great value
A wide terrace. With panaromic views. The place was clean. I recommend this place. Thank you Sabino. I'll be back next year. Speak again soon.」

「It's the best hotel for me. The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. Although they don't speak English very well, they helped us a lot with our heavy luggage. We deeply appreciated about that. If we visit Matera again in the future, we will still choose this hotel.
