  • Taking the 3-Seen Tour of Grundlsee and the two surrounding lakes was a highlight of our honeymoon! Our visit was in October as the few leaves were just starting to turn and it was perfect. The shops and restaurants around the lake were mostly closed down as it was off season for them, but that added to the beauty of the quiet and calm. My happy place is always in the #mountains

Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. We waited with no issues and explained we were starving and exhausted and wanted to eat at the property restaurant but we were told the restaurant was full and couldn’t make any exceptions. The employee did not offer any help to look for you’re restaurants around whatsoever, we had to ask her and make the phone calls ourselves even though we didn’t speak German. Also, she never took the time to explain anything about the property, its ammenities and surrounding attractions. Very disappointing for such an expensive place.
