「My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

「THe hotel is very dirty and smelly. There s no cover for the blanket but only bed sheet. Washroom door is broken and unable to close. Rubbish bin is not cleared before our checkin and smelly. Hotel staff are nice and friendly though.」

「I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are basic but clean. The man working here is fantastic! He helped me plan my bus route to Tissa, showed me how to get to certain places in Negombo, provided me with an umbrella to shade myself ruin the intense sun while walking around, etc. it's a 2min walk to the bus station as well 」

「Had misunderstanding at the same time we did not have privacy as it was mentioned for this booking. Had the share the unit with multiple family. Later the manager tried to help but not good enough.」

「Only gets one star because I can't give zero. I feel like all the other reviewers stayed at a different hotel. Think of this as more of an overpriced hostel than a hotel. Our arrival was an inconvenience to the porter watching Star Wars, he found our paperwork in silence, grabbed the TV and AirCon remotes and key from a cupboard and showed us to our room.
