“The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.”

“Nice service ”

“They have very limited vegetarian choices, limited to couple sandwiches. No Indian stuff at all and food was terrible, way more expensive than Taj or Sheraton. Not worth it. We just booked it because it's opposite to airport, but I rather have booked other hotels little far to get good eatable vegetarian food.”

“Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). “The view is amazing from the room”

“They put me in a smoking room at the first night. Housekeeping didn’t go a good job in cleaning the toilet. ”

“Helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet is nice but not much international choices, most are Indian style. ”

“酒店就在海边，有个小门进出，方便又安全。大草坪、室外游泳池，景色宜人，大堂外的休憩区很美，早餐丰盛，咖啡可以选择，拿铁和卡布奇诺都好喝。工作人员热情周到，笑容灿烂。房间也很舒适，很满意。 excellent experience ”

“旅行全程唯一一家极度不满意的酒店，服务特别差，设施陈旧到不行，工作人员没有服务意识，屋里很潮湿，酒店打扫卫生也很差，大厅的电脑能见到霉斑。不知道加税500多人民币是怎么收费的....”

“We had a late flight arriving into Colombo - so checked in for 1 night only. Room was fairly big but we had issue with the bathroom door which was difficult to slide in and out. Breakfast was a buffet with good options.”

“Many choice”

“More like a family home.”
