Because I live for many days, I hope every day can be replaced with new slippers, because the hotel sometimes updated sometimes not updated.
In addition, the room's safe is not fixed, it is a bit dangerous (because it may make people move away)

I called the hotel ahead of my vist that I need transport to the airport. They said it would be arranged when I check in. When I checked in, they said the hotel transport is no longer available. They however arranged an expensive taxi. I asked them if driver takes credit card and they said yes, I asked again the following morning before leaving and they confirmed. The driver at airport said he doesn't have any credit card facility! It was a big hassle arrangin cash at the airport.
Check was ok but the person at check in was not friendly. There was no drink offered at check in.
The food at the restaurant was ok. I’ve never seen such low quality 5 star hotel.

What I liked the most was the fact there was an extra little room with a single bed, tv and separate aircon. Also bottles of water given when requested as we drank so much water.
Was a little dissapointed that I could not order ala carte breakfast before 10 am. The counter that sells food items should be open early.
