It’s so clean and the pool is always clean with towels ready to go! The staff is so helpful & nice they even offer fans if you need one to help you sleep! 「The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well).」

「This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.」

「The staff (particularly 2 ladies working the afternoon-evening shift) were extremely helpful in setting us up with handicapped parking for the 2 nights we were there. We had to unexpectedly cancel for 1 night, and they were also helpful in seeing this through for us. We were very happy with our stay.」

「This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, stains on the bedding. The whole building smells like cat urine. No air conditioning. I spent a total of 30 minutes in my room and then left and found a different hotel. The property did not feel safe or sanitary. Also the front desk lies and says they will refund you online and then when you go online to get said refund they refuse it and claim they never said they would refund the money.」

「Great stay at the Tremont. Cayla the hostess was pleasant and helpful. JP and Jennifer were lively as well with pleasant conversation. I believe all our problems were handled well. I would ask that more electronic outlets would be added but the room was fresh and lovely. Diner was wonderful for coffee and breakfast. Bar and restaurant are just as good.」

「Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed.」
