"Petit hôtel intimiste, de 9 chambres seulement, moderne, récent (2021), décoré avec goût, au calme absolu avec vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante et les couchers du soleil. Piscine à débordement surplombant un lac. Personnel très sympathique. Nous recommandons de tester le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est très bien et de prendre si possible la suite exécutive, 90 m2, 2 très grands balcons avec jacuzzi avec vue incroyable sur les collines et le coucher du soleil, qui rend l’expérience...

"This hotel has beautifully designed communal spaces and peaceful surroundings. However, we wouldn’t stay again as we experienced serious issues with cleanliness and felt the staff could have done a lot better to put things right and make us feel welcome. Their communication also needs to improve (for example, we booked some activities and there were far from forthcoming with the details). The hotel assured us it was family friendly but the restaurant doesn’t open until 9pm in the evenings and...

"Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema.
