"The room was clean and comfortable. Eventually the air conditioner cooled the room to a comfortable level, maybe I was just too impatient. My card reader for the door didn't work on arrival, but that was promptly rectified. The grounds were nicely kept. I really liked the USB port built into the headboard of the bed to charge my phone. Food selection in the area was satisfactory and very tasty. "

"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."
