“The room very spacious but I loved the most was the incredible attentive staff. From the front desk to the breakfast area, they all seemed happy to be there and we so friendly and helpful. Would totally go back to this hotel. ”
“I have previously enjoyed exceptional stays at InterContinental properties, notably in San Diego and Sanya. During a recent business trip, due to the absence of a nearby InterContinental hotel, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville South Bartram Park (13934 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258) for a two-night stay from March 20 to March 22, 2025, trusting the IHG brand.
After my first night, I requested a late check-out, which Mr. Rojo, a courteous long-haired male staff member,……
“Very large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall,……
“The property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was nice to see that the design of the hotel as well as the decor kept with the Old Florida and Art Deco theme of Vilano Beach. The front desk staff, valets and housekeeping were all super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and very nice. Great location within a short walking distance to the beach and pier. They hotel offered a shuttle to the beach and pier as well.……
“My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. This place exceeded my expectations. Very tranquil and romantic. The fact that its historical gives it its charm. Would definitely go again. ”
“Great stay. Rooms, staff, cleanliness, parking were excellent. We were there for a couples golf trip however, we played King and Bear (which were part of the golf village)!we almost missed our tee time as we didn't realize the course is 7 miles away. ”
“Amazing location coupled with rather nice accommodations. The only drawback is the $50 per night parking fee. Starbucks on site. Quant colonial style locale. ”
