“Place is old and runndown”

“The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, plus one half bath. It includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, washer, and dryer. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. There are two to three comfortable sofas in the apartment, and the space is large enough to accommodate 10–12 people easily. We were a group of seven and stayed very comfortably with no issues at all. Everything was clean and organized, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely……

“Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. ”

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……

“My experience at the hotel was amazing!”

“Basic but comfortable accommodation, ideal for short stays. Amenities are simple, but not bad for the price. Good A/C and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Check-in across the street at Hotel Guarocuya. For this room, I suggest adding a lamp to make nighttime use easier, as one light switch controls both the room and bathroom lights. This was the only downside during my stay, and I shared this feedback with them.”

“I had to change room twice with a hot water problem, then the order room had no water at all from the night when I get to the room until I left the next day at check out. The hotel was nasty and rusty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Unless you must sleep somewhere for the next day. Everything is old and disgusting. It’s not worth any money. ”
