The view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was excellent, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. The rooms have a floor to ceiling windows that is directly over the rocks overlooking the beach, that lights up at night. The included breakfast increases the value by quite a lot in my opinion. I will be back. The sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks and the wind blowing are fairly loud white noise, that is very soothing to me, but could be something for some people to consider. The hotel front desk staff always had someone that spoke English to service me, so there were no communication issues.

Not getting into the deeper side if it! There was a seeious situation going on with us and the manager handled it in the most professional way going above and beyond to come a solution for the matter!

PONTOS NEGATIVOS: Wifi fraca no quarto, chave do quarto é disponibilizada somente uma, embora erámos em 2, quarto mais pequeno que parecia nas fotos, banheiro minusculo, toalhas de rosto colocavam sempre 1 embora eramos 2 hospedes. Chegamos e ninguem deu nenhuma informação sobre o estavelecimento, como cadeiras, toalhas e guarda sol. Depois de 3 dias pagando separado por guarda sol e cadeira ficamos sabendo da parceria deles. Precisa informar os hóspedes sobre tudo que pode ser util a eles (turismo). Outros hóspedes ouvindo video com som alto no restaurante, não veio ninguém falar nada. PONTOS POSITIVOS: A vista do quarto de frente para o mar maravilhosa, funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã maravilhoso, o restaurante muito bom, localidade boa.

Ficamos em um quarto sem vista, pois os com vista não estavam disponíveis. Porém mesmo assim o quarto era muito aconchegante, só a TV que era pequena demais. Fora isso, tudo muito bom.

Infelizmente, ficamos desapontados com nossa recente reserva de 5 noites no hotel. Considerando o preço da diária (mais de R$ 1.000), esperávamos que o serviço e as acomodações fossem, no mínimo, acima da média. No entanto, vários problemas afetaram nossa experiência, incluindo um elevador fora de serviço, atraso no serviço de limpeza (o quarto não foi atendido entre 10h e 16h) e, principalmente, uma conexão de Internet e uma rede WiFi não confiáveis, o que foi essencial para nossa comunicação de negócios durante a viagem. Embora tenhamos chamado a atenção do hotel para essas questões, a resposta e os esforços de resolução não atenderam às expectativas, pois os problemas persistiram sem um acompanhamento eficaz. Lamentavelmente, isso acabou nos forçando a reduzir nossa estadia em uma noite. Uma oferta de indenização ainda está pendente.

Muito bom para familia!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, em familia casal + crianca 5 anos. Funcionários extremamente gentis e prestativos, a vista do quarto para a praia é maravilhosa. Voce dorme com o barulho do mar, é uma experiencia diferente, os demais hoteis e pousadas estao mais distantes do mar, este fica praticamente no pé da praia, como pode se ver nas fotos. O prédio do hotel é antigo porém as instalacoes muito bem conservadas. Limpeza ok! O unico ponto é a falta do estacionamento, porém entendo pois o hotel fica num lugar de fato restrito a isso. Fora isso passamos uma estadia muito agradável, certamente voltaremos outras vezes.
