Apartamento beira-mar excelente!

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, fica em frente ao shopping. É possível deixar o carro na garagem do prédio e fazer tudo a pé. Bares, lanchonetes e supermercado estão tudo ao redor. A localização é privilegiada. Do quarto é possível abrir a janela e ver o mar, fica bem em frente. Apesar de ser beira-mar a noite não escuta nenhum barulho, muito silencioso. Os funcionários do prédio são educados e o melhor é que há um funcionário disponível na praia que monta as cadeiras e guarda-sol ,que são do condomínio. Isso é excelente para quem não quer consumir nos quiosques e ter essa comodidade. A anfitriã é muito educada e rápida nas perguntas e dúvidas, sempre entrando em contato para saber se está tudo correto. No apartamento tem 2 banheiros, 2 quartos o que é excelente para uma família de até 6 pessoas. Com certeza haverá outra oportunidade para voltar, pois vale a pena a estadia!

O apartamento tem uma excelente localização e a anfitriã é muito atenciosa. Porém o apartamento esta precisando de uma boa reforma. Pisos soltando, tem um pouco de cheiro forte de um ap que esta muito tempo fechado, não tem wifi e a TV nao está funcionando. Então se tiver crianças é melhor levar algo pra elas se distrairem ou relamente passear MUITO. Esses confortos deixaram a desejar. Concluímos que pagamos mais pela localização do que pelo conforto da estadia.

O imóvel muito bem localizado. Vou destacar algumas coisas que estão diferentes do anúncio.( Pontos positivos) * televisão é mais nova que a do anúncio, * a cama de casal é king size *os colchões de solteiro são novos. *O sofá não parece ser novo,mas é super confortável,e tem dois. Particularmente não gostei de uma senhora que estava na portaria,ela me atendeu e soltou alguns palavrões para outra pessoa que estava falando com ela. Fora isso,os outros funcionários do prédio são muito educados, muito simpáticos. A proprietária do imóvel é prestativa. Se der tudo certo pretendo voltar, e recomendo o apartamento com certeza.

Localização ótima

bem perto da praia, mas com relação ao apartamento local com cheiro de mofo um pouco forte, a TV nao funciona, então nas horas de descanso se torna complicado e entediante, ainda mais com crianças, condições do apartamento deixando a desejar, tacos soltando, box do banheiro vazando, portas do box pesadas pra fechar, perigoso para as crianças. Necessario uma reforma geral.
