O gerente chamou a atenção da recepcionista na nossa frente, fiquei muito desconfortável, o gerente discutiu aos gritos com a filha no meio da recepção. Café da manhã com poucas opções, não gostei da dona do estabelecimento indo a mesa perguntar o que eu queria, assim atrapalhando a todo instante. O estabelecimento não tem SPA de massagem e não oferece traslado. Pelo valor cobrado pensei que fosse melhor. Com certeza em não volto e não indico.

Pior hotel que já fiquei no Guarujá

Hotel muito ruim, o pior que já fiquei. Quarto pequeno, antigo, na descrição dizia que tinha estacionamento, chegando lá não tinha. Banheiro sem saída de ar e bem mofado, tampo da privada de péssima qualidade. Café da manhã tinha que escolher antes o que queria, de poucas opções, e vinham a mesma coisa todos os dias, somente as frutas boas, o restante de qualidade ruim. Zero custo benefício, tem vários lugares com o mesmo preço infinitamente melhores.

O pequeno e simpático Palmar

Eu estava tão cansada que dormi a noite toda apesar do hotel ser de frente para a praia e numa esquina. Por isso há barulho dos passantes. Mas dormi bem. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento. Preferi não me cobrir e mantê-lo desligado. Atendimento simpático e limpeza muito boa. Porém, a diária é cara.

Estadia agradável no geral. Café da manhã bom. Funcionárias educadas e gentis. Boa localização. Não há reclamações, ou melhor, apenas pelo estacionamento que a saída é complicada, pois é apertado. No mais, nossa estadia ficou dentro do esperado e sem surpresas. Eu voltaria a ficar lá.

O atendimento foi perfeito. Super atenciosos e competentes. Porém, quarto muito pequeno me decepcionei bastante, pensava tb que todos os carros tinham direito a vaga e tinha que pagar e bem caro por sinal. Hotel localização boa, mais os quartos de baixo não conseguimos dormir devido a muito barulho na rua.

O café da manhã está sendo servido individualmente como é recomendada na pandemia , porém não tem opções. Muito fraco. Muito fraco pelo preço que cobram

Entrando no quarto liguei a luz e no spot tinha 2 porem 1 estava estourada la dentro e a outra bem fraca, no quarto tinha um “guarda roupa” pequeno, com a parte de cima td estourada, fui liga o ar, o mesmo é do modelo antigo, faz um barulho muito alto. Fui no banheiro a porta na parte de baixo esta toda estourada, quase que não fecha, o box também não fecha, as portas tortas. Café da manhã bem fraco quase sem opções. Pela localização do hotel e o preço que cobram acho que teria que melhorar muito.

Check in já começou ruim pois a atendente cismou que eu havia reservado um quarto de casal para apenas uma pessoa,gerando um desconforto desnecessário. Quarto 14 com muito cheiro de esgoto..beirando o insuportável. Tanto o quarto 14 quanto o 17 com ar condicionado insuficiente,funcionando apenas como ventilador e não como ar condicionado. Localização boa. Não oferecem estacionamento como prometido no site. Atendente me ligou as 23:30 no quarto enquanto já estava dormindo pra me pedir pra assinar a guia do cartão de crédito,sendo que poderia ser feito muito bem no dia seguinte. Netflix disponível na TV mas não funcionava pois não estava logado.

No site está previsto estacionamento sem manobrista e secador de cabelo, mas não foi o que recebemos. Estacionamento apenas para os aptos superiores e secador em nenhum. Além disso, o café da manhã é sofrível, o pior que já tomei entre todos os hotéis que me hospedei.

Ola, boa noite!! Adoramos a estadia, hotel gostoso, beira mar, funcionarios muito solicitos, educados, simpaticos, o café muito simples pelo preço cobrado mas, gostoso. O que nao gostamos foi do estacionamento, entrada e saida muiiiito apertado, quase batemos o carro no pilar, deveria ser mais largo.

Não perca seu dinheiro

Falta simpatia e vontade de atender bem, quarto com muita coisa quebrada, café da manhã horrível, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, hotel caro para o que oferece. Fala que tem cama de casal, mas são duas de solteiro unidas. Não voltarei.

Nice and quiet hotel

The staff is very friendly. The neighborhood is really nice, because is really quiet and is beautiful. The place is great for relaxing. The hotel has a beautiful view because is in front of the beach. Only, the rooms are a bit small, at least the one I stayed. In my opinion, the hotel is a bit expensive for the comfort of the room.
