「The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. 「The host needs to improve communication. A day before arrival I sent a message questioning parking and never got a response. Then the morning of I got a copy and paste welcome, still not addressing my question. I had to point out my question wasn’t answered to receive a very short reply. Upon arrival I found no key. 「Pedro was great and the property is beautiful. The only thing we wish we would have known about was that it was on septic so they don’t want you flushing toilet paper. That was awkward. I also wish the shower was more enclosed as water gets all over and I did slip once with it being quite wet. Regardless of these couple of items, we definitely felt safe and comfortable. The pool and waterfall is beautiful and the views are breathtaking!」
