With the very heart location, the hotel offer me not only a cozy,clean room but a safety place. The room fairs are also resonable. I strongly recommend people staying here to start their Guatemala city tour.

The potable water in the halls had lids anyone could access. That damb miramba band in the hotel wakeing everyone up. Safe, clean, spacious, comfortable. You cant operate the elevator yourself.

Basic hotel in a good part of town. They serve meals in the lobby and have a small bar. On sundays they have still fun players at 8am during breakfast buffet. Good location.

Great location

Great location. At first I was in a room on the corner with lots of street noise, but was able to change to a quieter room without any problems.

No me registraron la reservación desde Hoteles.com y me tuvieron esperando más de una hora en la calle siendo mas de media noche, para decirme que ellos no trabajan con la página referida y que sólo tenían publicidad ahí. Además de todo ello realizaron el cobro desde la tarjeta registrada. Muy mala experiencia.

EN UNA ZONA MUY ESCANDALOSA POR MADRUGADA

Siempre que e viajado a Guatemala me e hospedado en este hotel por lo centrico, en si habitaciones sencillas, esta vez me toco una con vista a la calle y fue de lo peor no por la habitacion si no por la zona, esta llena de discotec y en la madrugada es un escandalo.. borrachos gritando motos acelerando carros pite y pite no de dejan dormir... En servicio del hotel hay que llamar 2 veces para que te traigan las cosas, el wi-fi es bueno, A la hora de hacer la reserva en esta App me salia que incluia desayuno para 2, pero a la hora de llegar al Hotel me digieron que era solo habitacion... El desayuno a la carta bueno y el bufet tambien en si para pasar la noche

Un hotel colonial muy interesante. Data de 1942. Su arquitectura se ha mantenido. Lleno de ambientes acogedores con muchos detalles propios de la región. Aprecié cada detalle...

Loved the staff, the food, and the Lobby of the hotel, but there is where it ended. The room was extremely below my expectations. It was old, not kept up, had no amenities (lotion, bar soap), and the towels were the thinnest most dingiest bath towels I had ever seen! The t.v. looked as if it was a tv from the 80's, the walls looked as if they had not been painted in 30 yeats, the batrhroom was small and atrocious. The tile in both the bathroom was past the point of repairing. I could go on and on about the room itself. Bit if you have a difficult time foing up and sown stairs, this is not the place for you. There is one elevator that requires hotel staf ti crank and turn (which I think is cool) but if you are looking to just get in an elevator, push a bitton to get to yoir floor.. IT AIN'T HAPPENING HERE. The room.itself felt as if I was slerping in my closet. It was very small and sort od claustrophobic. The bed was hard and had very low count thread sheets. What can I say... this was not even equivalent to a Motel y in the States. HOWEVER... I LOVED the location. Right in the heart of the old city and you cam walk to many restaurants and the Plaza. This olace was jumping all day long. There was music theoughout the night and you could juat walk around and see many families, groups of friends etc.enjoying life. If you don't mind subpar lodging room... O think this would be a great place to stay.

This hotel is right downtown so don't expect it to be quiet! The food is amazing and the whole atmosphere is authentic and historic feeling.
