Terrible experience
From the very beginning we noticed the lack of customer service at this facility. We travel to the Dominican Republic nearly twice or three times a month on business. Have been lodged and many hotels. And wanted to give this hotel a try. That was a terrible mistake. My wife and i decided to leave the hotel nearly an hour after we arrived due to the lack of service from the staff. From the manager down, the staff are terrible at customer service. We tried to obtain a refund for the $249.00 that we paid for our room. Because we never even went up to the room because it was not ready. We were told that it was not possible. We then made a reservation in a place that we frequent for $359.00 a night. This should have been our first choice. The online images are nothing like the palce itself. I personally do not take time to write reviews, BUT THIS WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN THE MANY HUNDREDS OF HOTELS THAT I HAVE BEEN TO. PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER PLACE BEFORE YOU BOOK A RESERVATION BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The hotel is in bad shape and the maintenance appears to be non existence. The staff is the only reason I was able to stay due to their wonderful people skill. Do not come to this place unless you are in a budget and in need of an urgent getaway

The staff was awesome always ready to help and meet your needs. This hotel is great for business and just to get away for a few days. This hotel is not for vacation entertainment as there wasn't any. If you want to do tours and/or excursions research before you book. The menu was very poor as it seemed leftovers were created into a "different dish" after the 3rd day. I stayed way too long here should of split the 16 days with another place as the Nationals take up the weekend and it was way too much for the small dining area they have. If you want peace and quiet don't care for a leftover menu then this is a good place

Las facilidades del hotel están en condiciones aceptables, aunque el aire no enfría adecuadamente en el cuarto ni en áreas comunes. El staff es excelente. La comida es aceptable, pero la repiten demasiado. Necesitan variar menú. En cuanto a actividades, sería recomendable un show característico de RD. Lo que tienen de show son juegos y karaoke. Lo demás bien, el staff te hace sentir muy bien.

We had a good stay at the hotel. BIG shout out to the entertainment group-they worked hard and as a result we had a blast! The only complain I would have was the food-it was bland and often times cold. However, all the staff at the resort were outstanding and made our holiday that much better!

Rooms smell very humid as if water was on a rug for some time. The food quality was horrible. No soap in the room and given one it did not lather. I was told if I wanted better soap I would beed to upgrade although I already was paying extra for a deluxe suite.
