The community was fair. The elevator was not in operation but it was lot listed with one so no issue there. We came to sit by the pool but it was under repair and had no water in it. Only thing we did not lime

Amazing beachfront views. Perfect for Americans
This apartment had it all. On the beach with amazing views of the ocean, air conditioning, hot water, wifi. The owner was responsive and helpful and the place had everything we needed. The balcony was a dream for mornings and evenings. I went less places because we had everything there. Pool was beautiful and the amenities were more than the listing suggested. I will never use a resort after this experience. Phenomenal place to vacation.

El apartamento está Bello la Picina y las facilidades pero no tiene agua caliente. El agua que usan es Del Mar y nunca hubo comunicación directa al final me enteré q tenían wifi y servicio de limpieza en el apartamento.

El proyecto lo describo como aceptable, tiene una piscina bonita, sin embargo el condominio necesita adecuación. El apto. Que renté tenía una bonita cocina, pero él baño muy deteriorado, tenía filtraciones. El proyecto no tiene planta eléctrica, hubo un apagón de aproximadamente 4 horas, ya en la noche utilizamos nuestros celulares para tener luz.
