Outstanding stay!

Location was great, and we loves having the kayaks and canoes. House had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The Perfect Get-Away!!

The perfect get-away spot right on the river. very private and roomy. great yard for the dog to roam around too.

Wonderful vacation

We had a simply wonderful vacation at Eric's Landing. The house was well equipped and comfortable. We initially had concerns about the size of the house since we had friends staying with us, but it proved to be big enough for all of us, including our dogs who were very safe in the fenced yard. We especially liked the location. While it is advertised as close to beaches, don't let possible noise be a concern. It was quiet and really wonderful. My only concern about the place was that, when we arrived, the canoe and kayaks were all in the garage. The slope to the river was steep with a significant turn thrown in. I would have been happier not to have to get the canoe, especially, down the slope.

Unhappy Customer

We were surprised that the dock was so difficult to get to. My mom was not able to walk the over 2 feet drops to get to the dock, therefore we were not able to use it. The house has two sliding doors but no screens. It was very hot in the house because we could not keep the doors open due to the bugs. We did use the fans in the family room. But that cause a horrible smoke smell. The downstairs area smelled of mold, the windows must of never been washed as the spider webs were so bad we could not get the windows open to air out the smell. The second bathroom is not accessible from the house, be sure you know that. We will not return and will not recommend this house
