The approx. 50 m² apartment for 3 persons is located in the 1st. Floor of a residential and commercial building in Güstrow city center. The bright and quiet room with TV is modern and has a double bed at a comfortable height. For the 3 people is a 1 m wide bed in a 2. Room. In the kitchen there is an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a dining area for 3. People. The apartment has a spacious modern bathroom. Due to its central location, restaurants, cafés, shopping, sights and leisure facilities as well as bus and train connections can be reached within a few minutes on foot.

The 32 sqm and 50 sqm apartments for 2 persons each are located in the 1st. Floor of a residential and commercial building in the city center of Güstrow. A parking lot in the immediate vicinity is included. The bright and quiet rooms with TV are modern in style and have a double bed at a comfortable height. An extra bed would be possible. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and a dining area for two people. The apartments each have a modern shower room.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben dort ein verlängertes Wo'Ende verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch ruhig in Güstrow über einem Papierwarengeschäft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Es gibt im großen Duschbad sogar einen Wasch-Trockner für den längeren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet (Küchenausstattung, Elektrogeräte, Mobiliar und Matratzen - sehr angenehm). Große Menüs lassen sich auf dem 2-Plattenherd aber nicht zubereiten. Sie ist sehr sauber. Zweites Einzelschlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe. Fußläufig sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu erreichen. In einem Eiscafe in der Nähe gibt es super leckeres Eis. Unbedingt probieren! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. FeWo ist empfehlenswert.
