Zum Quartier:Bauhausstil- modern mit liebevoll ausgewählten älteren Teilen möbliert. Für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet, da vollständig ausgestattete Küche vorhanden. Zum Altstadtkern gute 5 Gehminuten und trotzdem von Ferne gut erreichbar.Güstrow ist ein Muss für Barlach- Fans, bietet jedoch sowohl für Historiker (Stadtmuseum- umfangreich), Sport (Oase und radeln) als auch Vergnügen (vielseitiges Programm im Barlachtheater, Kino, Gastronomie für jeden Geschmack) sehr viel- ohne touristisch "überwandert" zu sein.
