Bon logement proche de la côte

Tres bon sejour. WE avec un groupe nombreux qui s'est très bien déroulé!

Villa de standing mal entretenue et pas prévue pour 16 personnes

Villa très joliment décorée par les propriétaires mais ménage non réalisé (manque récurrent d’entretien évident : poussière sur les lampes, sable au sol, lait renversé dans le frigo, aérations non aspirées…) et sous équipée pour 16 personnes. La piscine était sale (traces vertes à chaque coin et ligne d’eau non nettoyée), de plus le rebord est dangereux car il y a un vide de plus de deux mètres côté chemin et sans barrière. Le jardin, pas entretenu et sans mobilier, est en contre bas donc difficile d’accès avec le barbecue en dur ancien et aucun éclairage. A l’intérieur les portes intermédiaires des chambres ferment toutes difficilement avec beaucoup de bruits (grincements). Les joints des deux douches sont moisis. Le dortoir est à l’étage avec escalier non sécurisé et très bruyant (super quand les ados rentrent tard !). Douche simple pour 8 personnes potentiellement dans le dortoir, avec une vasque et pas de rangement, c’est plus que spartiate. Le dortoir est bas de plafond sur la moitié de la longueur. Malgré la télévision et la climatisation c’est pas top ! Quelle déception, c’est le miroir aux alouettes ! La maison se situe sur les hauteurs donc il faut compter dix minutes de marche en descente raide pour arriver aux restaurants et 15/20 minutes pour la plage. A certaines heures on entend vraiment le bruit de l’autoroute. Sur la terrasse impossible de manger à plus de 10 personnes car table trop petite, impossible aussi d’installer plus de 8 transats. Sol en ardoise bouillant en cas de soleil. Frigidaire combiné congélateur, prévoir de faire les courses tous les deux jours si vous êtes plus de 12. Bref, une maison de magazine rénovée avec goût par le propriétaire qui doit y passer des moments agréables en effectifs réduits mais complètement sous dimensionnée pour la location (sauf la vaisselle). Rapport qualité prix à vous dégoûter de vos vacances, heureusement nous y étions avec des amis merveilleux et nous avons fait contre mauvaise fortune bon cœur !

LIEU IDEAL EN FAMILLE

Le lieu est idéal pour des vacances en famille, surtout si vous aimez le surf. La cuisine est grande et peut accueillir un grand nombre de personnes. La piscine et le jardin sont agréables pour se détendre et jouer. La maison est très proche du boulanger et du Spar et à quelques minutes du centre et des plages. Services parfaits et très à l'écoute de nos demandes.

Très bon séjour mais interdiction d'utiliser la cheminée, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Plage plutôt à 1,2 kms que 600 m.

Maison parfaite pour weekend entre copains

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour un EVJF. C'était parfait pour un grand nombre. Chambres et salles de bain très modernes. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu se baigner à cause de la météo mais le lieu est super !! Je recommande ++++ cette maison pour des vacances ou un weekend entre amis / famille.
