Check in process was less than desirable. If it weren’t because the owner just happed to drop in we wouldn’t know how to get in to the lobby. Check out was easy. "My room overlooking the village's central area provided interesting views into local life. Breakfast was available at the hotel's modest restaurant across the street. Helpful staff showed me the ingredients so I could build my own breakfast since I could not complete their Chinese language menu. The bathroom had its own onsen tub, so I did not use the spa."
