“Che dire ECCEZIONALE! La struttura è bellissima di gran classe, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite che con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente uno spettacolo. Il punto forte è la possibilità di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si può usufruire della zona piscina che è top! Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine……

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. “Hotel nel centro di Passignano sul Trasimeno. L'hotel è a bordo lago e sul versante interno confina con la strada principale, il che rende le camere di quel lato più rumorose per via del traffico. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è dotato di un parcheggio gratuito attiguo alla struttura. Ottima colazione continentale.”

“Our visit was like being spoiled from the moment we arrived! The staff and even the owner were there to make sure we had everything we needed! Though our visit was in the off season, the only thing we didn't get to use was the pool as it was just too cold. The breakfast, though, was the best we have ever had while traveling! Highly recommend!!!”

“The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance downhill from Piazza Garibaldi (the entry to the main pedestrian zone of Cortona). However, parking is on-street nearby and arriving on a fine Saturday afternoon, it was challenging to find a space. I had to park in a paid space located a distance away for check-in, and only managed to find a free spot later when the day tourists had left. “Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et serviables, tout était parfait et reposant, la literie est bonne. Et la vue est superbe sur la colline Toscane. Il y a une cuisine très sympa et l’appartement est très bien chauffé par le sol. Il y a de nombreux espaces extérieurs de tour confort. “飯店的位置非常好，可以鳥瞰整個Cortona的山坡，風景怡人，特別是用早餐的地方，邊享受餐點邊看風景，真的很棒；健身房也是，可以邊運動邊看風景（但旅行中已經一直在走路的我們，僅參觀，沒使用運動器材）。 據說部份房間的窗外也可以看到風景哦，我們是住四人房，窗外只看得到戶外走道和樓梯，空間雖然沒有很大，但也不會覺得太小。因為只住一晚，所以沒有覺得不便的地方，小小缺點是好像沒有熱水瓶（山上比較涼，東方人會想喝杯熱水）。 接待人員態度和善，室內環境整潔，有Wifi，飯店門口就是LFSU5公車站，非常方便。 早餐是豐盛的「義式早餐」，種類有麵包、火腿、派、麥片、果汁、水果丁、優格和現煮咖啡等（ps.除了咖啡，都是冷點）；配上景色，真是非常舒服的一頓早餐。 Cortona是值得住一晚、甚至兩晚的地方，若來到Cortona，推薦住Hotel San Luca。”
