Malissimo, prenotazione effettuata e confermata ma all'arrivo hotel chiuso e da 2/3 anni affidato a ospitare profughi, senza nulla di male, ma non fate neanche prenotare, peccato

Hotel not open

We booked the hotel the evening we intended to arrive. No where on the booking information did it say that Reception was open for limited hours. When we arrived at the hotel it was in darkness, no sign of any staff and there were no vehicles in the car park. The hotel looked empty and not in use. As a result, we had to find somewhere else to stay. It could well be a lovely hotel, but we never got to find out. This hotel lacked the appropriate information on Expedia and shouldn’t of come up as an option to book if it doesn’t have a 24 hour Reception. We have certainly learnt a lesson here - check the hotel details very carefully! Thankfully Expedia refunded the booking in full.

Need update

The place is past its heyday and needs updating . It's no longer the grand hotel more the nice or ok hotel . The staff is very nice and seemed under staffed and the area not the nicests nor pretty . But was close enough to where I need tot be . The was supposedly AC. But it barely worked. Especially when it's almost 100 degrees outside Fahrenheit . The wifi worked well enough . The terrace are nice. But to warm to be outside . Just updating and fix AC .
