On the 2nd floor of the residence «Le Clos des Pins», in Guidel-Plages, this duplex of 50 m² consists of :

On the ground floor :
- A sofa-bed
- A fully equipped kitchenette
- A room with a bed 140 cm
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
On the first floor :
- A bedroom with two beds 90 cm

Equipment:
Microwave, refrigerator, electric oven, 2 induction hobs, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, television, garden furniture.

Exterior :
- Small sea view from the living room
- Terrace equipped with a garden furniture

Year of construction: 1995

All water activities, coastal hiking trails and marina of Guidel at about 500 m.
Bars, restaurants, bakery, minimarket 500 m. All shops and services, supermarket in the center of Guidel 3.5 km.

- Official classification 2 * for 2 persons with a real capacity for 6 persons
- Electricity is extra on meter reading according to the edf tariff in force between 1 January and 04 May and between 19 October and 31 December

Guidel est à visiter. C'est dommage que l'appartement fût sale ainsi que la vaisselle.Le store du velux cassé (apparemment déjà signalé, mais pas changé), chaises cassées Cet appartement ne nous laissera pas un bon souvenir.
