Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious acccomodation. Excellent quality of appliances etc. Comfortable beds and quality linen. Much better than the average holiday house.Only downnsides were the garden was overgrown. Also minimal supplies- only coffee, tea, salt, pepper and soap. I could not find an iron or ironing board

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late on the Friday evening, it was dark and wet. The last thing we wanted was dirty accommodation. Moore than a Shack, was spotless!!! We instantly felt at home, the kids were in awe of the space and huge tv :) We loved our time here, the cleanliness, the space, the fire pit, the security, the location, the board games, the ease of access and rapid responses in our communication with Country Value Holiday Homes. Guilderton is amazing in itself, to stay in quality accommodation really adds to the overall experience.My only bit of feedback, and this is not meant as a negative - just a comment, to the owners (maybe note on accommodation description the lack of the following) or advice to anyone who is looking to stay, there were no bits and pieces like oil, salt, pepper, surface spray etc. so bring some and you do not have access to the garage. I brought a trailer with bikes and kayaks and stuff, so I had to fully unload and bring the gear to a safe spot as I didn't feel easy leaving it all loaded out the front while we were out during the day or overnight. We will be back for sure. We loved our stay here!!

Great house for the family. Everyone had room to spread out and also a nice outdoor area. Close to facilities. Once we sorted out the wifi all worked well.
