「The website for this hotel looked way nicer than the reality. The pillows and duvet smelled of stale sweat. The mattress was old, and the furniture of a low quality or damaged. The window frames were damaged, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I had booked another stay here in coming weeks, but I have cancelled that based on this uncomfortable stay」

「This lodging had very good beds, it was generally clean, and the basic necessities were all there. You could definitely hear people walking on the floor above, so not great sound insulation. The continental breakfast wasn't worth the price for us - the toaster didn't toast all that well, and the fresh fruit was quite limited. Overall, though, we had a safe clean place to sleep, which is what we most needed.」
