"We stayed at Abels Acres last week with another family while our sons' team played at Cooperstown Dreams Park, which was about 25 mins away. Abel's Acres is a fantastic property. Ray has thought of everything you could possibly need! There are hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothes and towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, so we didn't need to get any of these things at the store. The basement is amazing! It has air hockey, ping pong and fuzzball tables and two Xboxes with so many games. My older son and his friend weren't bored! The bedrooms were spacious and linens and towels were provided. The property is well maintained and quiet. It was a great place to rest and recharge after long days of baseball. Ray was available by text or phone with any questions we had. We will definitely stay there if we visit Cooperstown again!"

"If you're traveling solo and are the type who prefers to be out and about and needs a room just to have a place to sleep, then this hotel is for you. It's not pretty from the outside, but at 1/3 the price of every other hotel around, it's an excellent deal. You get a clean room and a bed with clean sheets. The floor has a clean carpet. The AC is cold. The shower has hot water with good water pressure. You get a desk with two outlets for your laptop and phone if you need to work. The motel is centrally located and Otenanta is a hip town with good cafés nearby. It even has a YMCA if you need a gym. And you get two complementary cups of coffee in your room. The internet is slow, but that for me is not a problem because I get good data service from a wireless carrier and a wi-fi hotspot from my phone. Cheers."

"The property was the perfect location for a family visit to Cooperstown All star village. Communication with the host was excellent. Only thing to consider is if you have anyone with mobility issues. The stairs inside and the approach to the house can be difficult if you struggle with stairs or incline. Overall, we had a great stay."
