The house itself is very modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It is situated on the outskirts of a very small hamlet. More rural than we expected but it was an easy 20 minute drive into Sevilla.Juan Luis was a very good host and responded very quickly to most of our concerns. The neighbours were very noisy so it wasn’t as restful as we had hoped but that isn’t any of Juan Luis fault.

Our family of five stayed at this home for 9 nights and loved every minute of our stay! With three spacious bedrooms and three lovely baths, a large well-equipped kitchen, lovely private patio and large dining & living areas, it provided plenty of space for both individual privacy and fun family time. The entire home was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. Juan Luis was an amazing host and went well above and beyond our expectations to help provide assistance with our stay and and wonderful guidance with the area. Each day, we would take the easy 15 minute drive into Sevilla or hit the road for one of our many day trips to the beach, Ronda, Cordoba and even Portugal. It was perfect! I can't begin to over recommend Juan Luis as a host and his beautiful home just outside of Sevilla! You won't regret your choice!

We were very happy to stay here. The house is large and very well equipped. We travelled with our 4 year old and 1 year old. There was a baby bed and high chair and even a stair gate. The stair gate was very usefull to keep our 1 year old downstairs. Plenty of space in the house, bedrooms and bathrooms. 2st floor balcony was cosy to sit in the evening. Enjoyed the jaccuzzi at the 1st floor terrace, could cover it (better for safety with the children). The house and terraces are very private. Nice village, small with just some small stores and restaurants (Casa Lopez have great food), but perfect because it's a quiet place without being isolated. The house is in a dead end street and has a nice view. In 2 minutes walk you're at the mainstreet. We rented a car at the airport, would recommend to rent a car. In Sevilla we parked at Parking Puente Remedios, 60 cent an hour and in 15 minutes walk you're at Plaza de Espana. Also rented bikes, advice: if you want to rent a bike with one or more child seats, make a reservation. We had to bike to a second store for the second child seat. It's a nice way to see the city. Did go to the Zoo, it's badly maintained, but at a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay and want to come back!

We have a large group to travel in Andalucia during a 1 week vacation, therefore I think an apartment is the most suitable option because we can all live like a family and also share the cost. However, choosing an apartment has risks over hotel because you could not have too much information and critiques about it. Luckily we had a right choice. This apartment is exactly like the photos show - very clean, neat, and with comfortable beddings and very good furnitures. The owner Juan Luis is such a kind person, who had showed a very warm attitude since the beginning of the communication. He gave us such detailed introductions about everything in Sevilla regarding food, drinks, entertainment and travel, which we used all the time when we were in Sevilla. His local knowledge helped us a lot to get the best things we wanted in Sevilla in such a short time. I can say we dumped our lonely planet completely. No guide book can be better than his introduction about the city. The house is big enough for 7 to 8 people. If you are a group of friends or family, it is the best choice. You have your private space and a large shared space for doing things together. The location is in a small village near Sevilla. But unfortunately we had not got enough time to enjoy the village. It is only 20 minutes by car to Sevilla city. If you drive a car, don't forget to follow the owner's instruction for the free car parking in the city. We did not follow it and paid a huge parking fee in a public parking lot. I highly recommend this apartment for family or friends. Sevilla is a great city for exploring more.

Habitation avec toutes les commodites et décorée avec goût, elle est située près de petits commerces bien utiles pour s'imprégner de la culture locale. La piscine a ete très agréable et la ville de Seville est situee à seulement 20mn par l'autoroute gratuit. Et pour finir, le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, il est près à vous rendre service. Une maison conforme au descriptif de l annonce. Nous ce qui nous a plus, aucun vis à vis, l espace, la propreté et tout le confort, et le petit plus la petite piscine qui fait du bien quand vous rentrez d une balade sur Seville ou de ces alentours, avec cet chaleurs. Le propriétaire est au top, il vous donne plein de conseils sur tout ce que vous vous voulez savoir et est super réactif si vous avez un soucis. Merci encore Juan Luis pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Appartement assez confortable (lits 140) qui se situe dans une ville style lotissement et ville-dortoir avec un "terrain vague" devant. Néanmoins il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. La mini piscine est utile pour se rafraichir uniquement. Heureusement que la découverte de Séville était très chouette et nous a bien occupée. Propriétaire sympa et de bons conseils.

Verloopt van het huren en inchecken verliep zeer vlot. Verhuurder was steeds te bereiken via gsm tijdens de volledig periode. De brochure die hij ons doorstuurde was erg handig en nuttig. Alles wat online aangeboden werd was ook ter beschikking. Klein minpuntje was dat het huisje niet erg geluidswerend was, maar het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. 👌

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison le temps d'une semaine en plein mois d'Aout avec mes amis, et nous repartons avec plein de souvenir. La maison est vraiment top, tous les équipements sont au rendez-vous. Notre propriétaire est très réactif à toutes nos demandes, etc... Si je dois donner un conseil, pour venir dans cette maison, il est important d'avoir une voiture ou autre moyen de transport, car la ville de Séville est à 20 min environ.

La maison est très bien équipée, tout le confort nécessaire. Le jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée est vraiment appréciable. Tout proche de l'accès à l'autoroute donc on peut se rendre à Séville très rapidement. La communication avec les gérants est excellente, ils sont à l'écoute et répondent rapidement. Un très bon séjour pour notre première venue sur SEVILLE. ;-)

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was homey and there was plenty of space for 5 people. We especially appreciated multiple bathrooms. The air conditioners worked well. The house was well-stocked for cooking dinners. After staying in a few places that required us to meet a person for a key, we really appreciated being able to let ourselves in. Juan Luis was a great host and was very responsive to emails! If you have a car, we would highly recommend this place!
