Welcome to Guilvinec, a charming fishing port in Brittany, where we offer our vacation home, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Our house, located just 600 meters from the beach and 800 meters from the town center, offers an ideal setting for your vacation, combining comfort and conviviality. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
THE BEDROOMS (sheets and towels included):
On the ground floor:
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing room for added comfort.
Upstairs: You will find 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine:
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
• Bedroom 3: Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a crib (60 cm x 120 cm).
• Bedroom 4: Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet.
• Bedroom 5: Small bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
Additional cribs are available upon request.
LIVING AREA:
• Dining Room:
A large, welcoming space that can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for family meals. A high chair for babies (from birth to 15 kg) is also available.
• Fully equipped and open kitchen:
Modern kitchen with central island for convenient meal preparation. It is fully equipped to meet your needs (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).
• Living room:
A cozy space with sofas, a television for relaxing, a cabinet full of board games for spending time with family or friends, and plenty of books.
• Separate toilet:
One toilet on the ground floor and another upstairs for added convenience.
• Laundry room:
A laundry room with a washer-dryer to make your stay easier.
FENCED AND SECURE OUTDOOR AREA:
The grounds are fully fenced, allowing your children to enjoy the garden in complete safety, without any worries for your parents!
