Cute family house - walking distance from beach

Welcome to Guilvinec!
This charming house, fully renovated in 2022, is ideally situated off the main road within walking distance to the vibrant fishing port of Guilvinec and the beautiful beaches surrounding it. Guilvinec port offers a range of activities, restaurants, shops, bakeries, outdoor markets etc, making it a perfect holiday destination.
We also provide bikes during your stay.
Note: the reservation will not include automatically the end of stay cleaning, heating, bedlinen and towels.

The space
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, as well as a living room with a convertible couch, allowing up to 8 bedspaces.
The open kitchen and dining room opens up to the courtyard and an outdoor terrasse.
The courtyard is calm and private, a nice place to relax after a day on the beach. There is also an external shower.

Guest access
The house is fullly private for guests.

The rates do not include the following options:
- Bed sheets / 10 euro per bed
- Beds made upon arrival / 5 EUR per bed
- Bathtowels / 5 EUR per towel
- dog: 40€ / stay
- electricity: 10kwh/day included. extra consumption will be charged 0.2€/kwh
