Absolutely amazing!

We had such a wonderful 2 weeks in Corinne’s beautiful home. The view was incredible. The home was immaculate and had everything you could ask for. We loved it and were sad to leave. The only small criticism is that the lounge was a bit uncomfortable, but certainly didn’t distract from our incredible holiday. We hope to return! We loved Guilvinec too.

Impressive view of the ocean

It is already for the 5th time we have stayed here ... and it never bores you. The view over the ocean is impressive, fishing boats come in and out of the harbor . always something is different. Walks start nearby, stores, bakery, market, . all within walking distance. The house is nicely decorated and practical and you will find everything you need, from good beds to fully equipped kitchen ... until next time ;-)

Stunning Ocean-side Property

Beautifully located overlooking a small beach and the ocean. We enjoyed the sunny terrace when weather permitted where we would watch the colourful fishing boats come back each afternoon.The house was exceptionally clean and modern, with large open plan living on the ground floor with patio doors to make the most of the sea views. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, together with a full bathroom with bath and shower above, and separate shower room. There are steps up to a mezzanine level with two beds. From the main stairs there is access to a double bedroom with access to a roof terrace and a further toilet.There is street parking outside, and there is off-road parking for a medium sized car (narrow access). The quiet location is fantastic, you can easily walk a few minutes into town with its bars and restaurants, go and watch the fishing boats or enjoy longer walks. We loved using the house as a base to explore both Guilvinec and the surrounding area.Corinne was a great host and very quick to respond to any queries we had before and during our stay.

Ein toller Ort für entspannte Tage

Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage im Ort und zum Meer ist perfekt, im Ort gibt es alles, was für entspannte Urlaubstage erforderlich ist. Wir haben uns einen Abend mit der Vermieterin Corinne getroffen und ein wenig ausgetauscht. Es war sehr nett und angenehm. Überhaupt waren in Guilvinec und Umgebung die Leute sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals an Corinne.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war wunderbar! Die Lage ist top!! Die beiden Terrassen mit Liegestühlen sind auch super! Sehr nahe auch zum Städtchen. Einzig die Dusche-Waschgelegenheit (Parterre) zum Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock sehr klein und eng und keine Ablagefläche. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder kommen!!!!

Ein besonderes Ferienhaus

Es handelt sich um ein wahrlich besonderes Ferienhaus. Die Vorzüge wurden bereits von den vielen anderen Urlaubern an dieser Stelle beschrieben. Wer das Ferienhaus mietet sollte mehrere Punkte bedenken: es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hafenanlagen, die Umgebung ist nicht so herausgeputzt wie in einem typischen Ferienhausviertel. Die Fischerboote kommen nachmittags gegen 4:00 Uhr zurück, aber sie müssen auch auslaufen und das tun sie morgens gegen 7:00 Uhr. Wer mit geöffnetem Fenster schläft wird dies hören. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos über den FeWo Account, wir konnten das Haus auch etwas früher als 16:00 Uhr beziehen und waren nicht darauf angewiesen das Punkt 10:00 Uhr jemand das Haus beim Verlassen abnimmt. Ein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, wie sonst häufig üblich, fand nicht statt. Leider war die Einrichtung insbesondere der Küche nicht so wie wir es gewohnt sind. Die Nähe des Fischereihafens haben wir gewählt um regelmäßig Fischgerichte kochen zu können. Leider gibt es mehr eine Kochnische denn eine richtige Küche. Auch das häufig in Frankreich übliche Induktionskochfeld weicht einen normalen Ceranfeld. Mehr als 2 Personen können in der Kochecke nicht gleichzeitig hantieren, man kann aber auf den Esstisch ausweichen zur Vorbereitung der Gerichte. Passende Topfdeckel wären wünschenswert, ein paar Servierschüsseln mehr. Die sonstige Möblierung ist ausreichend, die Hussen an der Couch müssten gelegentlich erstzt werden.
