  • The 11 + 12 + 13 houses of the Nodeven Residence are 3 contemporary houses.
    Located in Brittany, 100m from the beach and the coastal path.
    This house is ideal for 2 to 4 people. It is on one level and has a common central element: a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.

    The gite

    Ideal holiday home for a couple, or a family of 4 (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children).

    If you are interested in renting a house for 2 to 4 people in Brittany for your holidays, these fully equipped houses are composed as follows:

    -Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a '' kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,

    -Pleasant living room with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT, a coffee table. A very large bay window illuminates the living room,

    -2 bedrooms: 1 parental bedroom of 11 m² with a double bed in 160 * 200 and a small bedroom of 7 m² with 2 bunk beds in 90 * 200. Each of these rooms has a closet,

    -Bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC

    These houses are heated by electric heating.

    A 20 m² terrace is located in front of the accommodation. You will find there a garden furniture (a table and 4 chairs) as well as two plastic armchairs to relax.
    The 3 apartments for 2/4 people are located opposite the playground and are adjoining.
    House No. 12 is adjoining houses No. 11 and 13.

    The barbecue is to be shared between the three apartments for 2/4 people.

    Free WIFI: 1 connection per person declared in the contract.

    This house rental in Brittany located near the land of the Abers and Brest is perfect for a great family vacation!

    Optional end-of-stay cleaning: 60 euros package on request before arriving.

Two wonderful weeks

We are a family from germany - two adults and two boys (14 + 13) - and spent two weeks in Bretagne, at the "end of the world" (le finistere). What could I say depending this trip? It was one of the best holidays we ever have with our small family and we have been to many places in the last 8 years! Thank you very much. The flat was very clean, in it you have everything you need. The swimming pool was very good for our sons and nearbye you have many possibilities for sports - very important for us! The coastline with it's differences between ebb and flow is really very interesting and you can walk hours feeling realy near the nature, feeling relaxed and totally healthy. And the end of our holidays our sons wouldn't go back home - normally the say after one week: "When will we go back home, daddy..."?! All the people we have contact with have been very, very friendly! The holidays there gave us the power back we need to handle the daily routine at home - thanks a lot. Normally I must give six stars!!!! Bye and all the best, Family Ernst

Un week end de détente fort agréable

Résidence en bord de mer où il fait bon vivre.. Notre maison était très propre et confortable avec de beaux espaces. Le jardin bien entretenu .Nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna . Christelle qui a été très disponible nous a accueillis chaleureusement et bien conseillé sur les environs . Je recommande vivement de passer des vacances sans cette location.

Résidence calme et bien organisée, accueil très agréable, logements bien équipés et confortables. Bien située, commerces et plages à proximité. Les logements les plus petits manquent toutefois d'intimité (situés sur une voie d'accès, près du parking et en face de l'aire de jeux pour enfants) . Lors de notre séjour il n'y avait toutefois pas beaucoup de monde.

Accueil parfait. Appartement état neuf moderne et très fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable. Centre calme et super agréable. Très belle plage juste derrière le centre.Piscine jakuzi sauna impeccable et propre. Un séjour de 3 jours au top. A proximité de nombreux endroits à visiter et des plages superbes. Un séjour à refaire et à conseiller aux vacanciers même pour un cours séjour. Accueil au top. Nous reviendrons et le recommandons.

calme et confort

Logement propre et bien équipé dans une résidence au calme. La piscine couverte est un réel plus. De belles balades sont à faire à proximité. C'est un point de chute idéal pour découvrir le Finistère Nord. Nous avons également apprécié le classeur présent dans le l'appartement où était consigné les bonnes adresses de restaurants, les visites touristiques à faire ainsi que les cartes pour les balades.

Ce séjour nous a fait le plus grand bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté du logement ainsi que les prestations attenantes. Le jacuzzi et le sauna, un vrai plaisir. L'endroit est calme et reposant, c'est ce que nous recherchions. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet endroit et ses environs (plage, marchés et viviers de fruits de mers...). Et ce qui ne gâche rien, l’accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire.

Maison confortable et bien équipée, résidence calme, des jeux pour les enfants, la mer à proximité et du soleil pour couronner le tout. Nos vacances furent parfaites ! Il manquait juste un petit congélateur dans la maison pour pouvoir déguster une petite glace le soir (après 20h accès impossible au congélateur situé dans le bâtiment piscine)

Piscine grande, très bien entretenue et propre. Une surprise nous attendait : le trampoline ! les enfants adorent incontestablement. La baie toute proche est superbe et autorise de très belles promenades et baignades avec les enfants. Seul bémol, les équipements de cuisine et un restreint en taille dès que l'on veut cuisiner les crustacés mais cela ne gâche en rien l'impression générale sur la résidence qui reste très bonne.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour où petits et grands on beaucoup apprécié. Le bon accueil, la beauté de la région, le calme et les équipements mis à disposition (piscine couverte, Jacuzzi, sauna, trampoline) ont fait que notre séjour hivernal se passe dans d'excellente conditions.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette région paradisiaque... Nous avons fait 10 heures de route et nous ne l'avons pas regretté... La résidence est très agréable, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités. Sa piscine chauffée réconfortera les plus frileux et le jacuzzi et le sauna apportent de bons moments de détente... Les logements sont très agréables, on se sent comme à la maison très rapidement... La gérante et son employée sont très efficaces en cas de besoin... Rien à redire, si ce n'est vivement la prochaine fois!

Pour la troisième année, nous avons passé deux semaines à Nodeven. L'accueil est très chaleureux, et nous sommes très bien informés sur les activités possibles aux alentours. ll y a une aire de jeux très appréciée par les enfants. La résidence est calme. La piscine est très propre et elle n'est pas surpeuplée. Les logements sont de très bonne qualité, et bien entretenu. Il y a tout le confort souhaité pour passer des vacances agréables. L'accès à internet fonctionne très bien. Je recommande vivement cette résidence.

Location conforme au descriptif. Des petits plus avant l'arrivée comme la communication du programme des activités des environs. Résidence à deux pas de la mer. Sur place la propriétaire est disponible pour des conseils de visite alentour. Logement propre, fonctionnel. Résidence calme et propre, bien placée géographiquement pour la visite des différents sites, villes ...... Nous avons adoré la visite de l'île vierge (départ et retour en bateau depuis Port PERROZ), et la visite de MENEHAM. Nous recommandons cette location. A voir aussi à BREST le musée de la marine. Région magnifique et très agréable.
