“Flood in bathroom while taking shower, snacks given were in a square box with cling wrap, suggest do by new or unopen package type so that we know it is hygienic. Shampoo, shower gel not nice to use. ”

“Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. Bed are a bit stiff Western standards but comfortable. Temperature control in rooms is terrible. Could not change the mode so it was always on heat and room was hot. Had to open the window. This has been a consistent comment from other guest and it is disappointing it has not been fixed.”
