Perfect house for a vacation

Beautiful renovated home in Gulf Breeze

This home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully renovated with designer-level furnishings. We love the location near the tennis courts, jogging trails, and boat launch. We cooked most meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Our stay was amazing! The house was very easy to find, and in a great location. Across the street, there is plenty to do for all ages including a playground, splash pad, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, trails, plus so much more! It was clean when we arrived, and the pool was so inviting! The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everything we brought with us. The house had a simple, relaxing vibe. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and we are planning to come back next summer!

We absolutely loved our stay! Located in a beautiful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, we were able to rest our heads here while still getting explore downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Couldn't be happier with our visit.

Great property in an amazing neighborhood. Close proximity to Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood has its own boat launch so bring your boat so you can explore private beaches and coves on the Santa Rosa sound. The only downside to the property is the outdated and hard to access pool. The pool lacks stairs to easily get in and out of..the only access point is a ladder that is hard to descend if you're of a certain age. Otherwise a great stay! Also being dog friendly was a huge plus for us as our dog is like a second child!

Perfect location

This house is perfect and cozy. The park is right across the street. Fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 lil pups. The kids loved the pool. Also a short drive to the beach and grocery is near by.

Great location near a boat launch

Cute pet friendly home in an amazing neighborhood with a boat launch. We love to spend our time at the beach on a boat so this house really checked that box as the boat launch to the sound was less than 1/4 miles from the home. The pool was nice, but it lacked steps to access the water. It had a ladder, but if you are older and have weak knees the ladder was hard to descend into the water. Other than that and communication issues with Vacasa (they were very difficult to get in touch with), I would highly recommend this home.

Great home!

We loved our stay here, plenty of space and we loved having the pool. The location was perfect, right across from a huge park and 10min drive to Pensacola Beach. My husband is a big disc golf fan, so he was excited about the course at the park. We had an issue with the AC but Vacasa was able to get someone out to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks for a great stay for my family!

Private pool, nice layout. Very Florida feel.

Loved the private yard. We were able to enjoy the pool in complete privacy. The home layout is nice. We did have an issue, but the team responded and sent someone out in less than half an hour. If anything is not up to standard they will fix it quickly.

a gulf breeze dream!

We decided to take a family trip to the beach and wanted to be able to get cozy and cook as well as stay active and hit up the beach. Everything was readily available for us to make ourselves at home. We played tennis at the tennis courts, that are literally across the street, everyday we were there, even at night when the courts were lit up! And thoroughly loved swimming in the very cool pool in the backyard after being at the beach or playing tennis...so refreshing! The walking paths around this neighborhood were shady and def kept you interested on long walks with all the gorgeous views. The house was big enough for us all yet layed out so we could all hang out without feeling cramped, it's very spacious. This house and experience was what a family vacation at the beach should be!

Gulf Breeze

Rented property specifically for the swimming pool. Pool had dirt in bottom and since they only service property on Thursday, we were unable to use pool. Very disappointed. 86 year old mother looked forward to using pool. Floor was bare concrete with throw rugs that had seen better days. Shower in master was so small you could barely get in the shower door. Would not rent this property sgain. Yard could have used mowing and better upkeep.
