「This is our second stay and it was as good as the first. The host is always quick to respond day or night. The house has everything needed for a great stay and it is situated in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. I love the bed and actually looked at the tag on the comforter to find the brand and have one ordered. The house is clean and you can’t go wrong with staying here. I highly recommend it! 」

「The house was pleasant, clean very well maintained. Very close to the boardwalk. Short drive. However, The outside was not inviting, ants, spiders and the furniture looked like no one has used it in years. Couldn't use the outside patio at all. We like to sit out and have our coffee in the nature. We were also NOT told there would be an additional person renting the garage space as a studio apartment, and was told there were certain items to help us so we didn’t have to pack them. There was...

「Great property and extreme bang for your buck value. Very spacious open living room concept and additional sleeping possibilities. Will definitely use again for next Pensacola vacation.」

「Clean rooms. Great air conditioning. Small kitchen but there was plenty pots and pans, dishes and dinnerware. Very quiet neighborhood」

「When we arrived, the space felt dirty. Its a beach style property so I expected sand, but all the beds had sand in then so we had to wash sheets on all beds. Floors were sandy. Backyard was unusable. The lights shown didn't work, firepit area overgrown, just a mess. Messaged host because we couldn't find waste receptacles for full trash bags, got no response. So we were left to pile them in the garage. Front lawn wildly overgrown also. Basic items you expect weren't provided. Toilet paper, paper...

「I think it’s SUPER IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THAT THE (2 cameras faced outward) as said in the listing ARE BOTH IN BACK YARD- 1 covering entire pool area and the other covering the rest of the backyard. Also, a doorbell camera in front. HAD IT BEEN MORE SPECIFIC AS TO WHERE CAMERAS WERE PLACED, I never would’ve booked. So it’s fair that everyone know before hand, if you try to enjoy the pool or covered patio area- you are being watched. I did NOT like that and my family was super weirded out about...

「Overall, it was a good stay. This place could be excellent with a little tweaking. The property is super cute. The house was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures describe. The finishes in the house are nice and give it an elevated feel. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night to wind down before bed and the screened in porches! We ate every meal on the patio. My husband and sons fished in the canal behind the house. There is a playground very close-by for the littles. Communication...
