“This loft unit was roomy, clean, and attractive. The kitchen was nice but could have been better equipped (with serving bowls and mixing bowls). It would have been nice to have soap in the shower. Check in took several hours because of the complicated fob entry system. It would have been much worse if staff from the downstairs bar had not been so willing to help us. “I loved it! We were greeted by the host and their dog (who’s friendly as ever!) upon arrival and everything went perfectly smooth from there. The blankets were honestly the best part, LOL! “This property is amazing. Rural and quiet. There were six of us and we stayed very comfortably. The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains were much appreciated! Fans were also in the house to help with airflow. One bathroom could be challenging if you had a lot of people staying at the house, but it was just fine for us. Fireflies are EVERYWHERE at dusk! “This apartment was perfect for us. The location was great, within walking distance to the downtown area and the Ft Madison riverfront park area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a creative prison theme that gave it a unique charm. It met all our needs and even had thoughtful extras like a sleeping mask, which was a nice touch. Having a personal parking spot made things super convenient. Highly recommend for a cozy and hassle-free stay.”

“Such a beautiful, historic house. We had 7 people and stayed for 3 nights. Quiet neighborhood. There were comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, plus some shampoo and things in the bathrooms. Washer/dryer and detergent. A well stocked kitchen. Two smart TVs. Good wifi. It was great! Our only complaint was from our 11 year old, that she couldn’t get to the top of the tower (in the attic) haha!”
