The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was our 5th year as a family to stay at Seachase and our 7th or 8th time to stay on the property. In the past it was a great location for a family with small children, but this year I noticed many things have changed. For one, you can tell every aspect of the bldgs are 30 yrs old and not updated. Our room was missing many essential items such as bowls, cookware, etc. But by far the worst part of this complex is the HOA leadership. For the second year in a row, the center bldg C had 1 of 2 elevators down. Mind you, they’ve already told us they’re at full capacity, with extreme heat & ppl are climbing stairs. On the day we were leaving the functioning elevator door closed in on me continuously, not allowing me to get our beach wagon off. I was stuck. Once I finally got myself off, the GM, I’ll reference as JC, comes running in the bldg, not to help, but tell me he’s been watching me on camera & if I push his doors open again then he’ll be contacting me for maintenance repairs. This greatly upset me to have someone yell at me for something I had no control over. Furthermore, I learned there’s an “insurance payment” collected for broken items and there was no need to threaten me. When I asked to speak w/ his manager, he was unable to produce anyone I could voice my complaint to. After this experience, along with the decline of the bldg I would absolutely NOT recommend Seachase to anyone.
