Family Vacation!

Our family had an excellent time!!! The condo exceed our expectations! The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for a family with lots of kids going back and forth to the pools! Everything was perfect we plan to stay again!!

Great family stay

We had 5 couples and a newborn and there was plenty of room in this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need (great balcony views, indoor and outdoor pool, easy access to beach, etc.)

Family fun trip

This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Amazing condo

Week in Gulf Shores

Stayed in condo with two other couples, all in our 60s. Place was simply great, location was absolutely wonderful! A few minor items that were previously mentioned by others (only one working hairdryer), but overall, a fantastic place to stay. Indoor Pool temperature was great. Parking is on same floor as condo and parking was safe and secure. We would definitely rent here again.

We did have a few minor issues that were more from the cleaning crew perspective. Coffee pot still had grounds from previous renter, the stuff that was swept up from previous renters was just swept in a pile in the closet, no sheets were on one of the beds, there was one brace off on the floor from another bed. We didn’t let those things bother our trip. This is a very very nice place and it a great area.

Our 2023 Christmas

The view! Right on the beach, with the sound of the waves when you step out on the large deck. The beds weren’t great but the rest of the condo was great for our family of 11. We stocked the kitchen but what items we ran out of, there is a small grocery right across the street. And when we decided to eat out we Ubered our way around or walked to The Hangout.

I would definitely choose this unit again, but only if mattress in master bedroom is replaced! It was a piece of 4 inch foam on top of a boxspring. Very uncomfortable and not what you would expect from an otherwise perfect unit.

The indoor and outdoor pool options were nice. Parking was always available. Within walking distance to restaurants and beach stores. Cons...An earlier post about the beds being uncomfortable was an understatement! The mattresses and pillows need replaced.The floors need a good cleaning...everyone wore shoes all week because the bottom of our feet were so dirty if we didn’t. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans, but it was doable.

Excellent Accomodations

This was our first vacation in Gulf Shores. We were joined by our children and grandchildren. We were very impressed with this property. The unit was more spacious than other beach condos we have rented in other locales. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone comfort and privacy. The unit was clean, the kitchen well appointed and there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The balcony was expansive and provided comfortable/quality deck furniture and amazing views. Of course, the beach is stunning and just a few steps from the pool. The grandchildren used the large, heated, indoor pool on a few of the cooler days but didn't hesitate to enjoy the outdoor water slide, despite the chilly water. There were carts on every floor, of the parking garage, to help transport luggage and groceries to the unit and we enjoyed playing on the recently added pickle ball court. The location was ideal, as there were beach shops and several restaurants within a mile walk as well as a convenience store/coffee shop across the street. The consensus of all is to return in the future.

Disappointed

King BR didn’t have mattress, only thin foam and sink hole in it. AC very noisy, clanking noise. Called Michael from Phoenix Vacay Properties and did not receive reply. Commode seat in King BR was cracked and wrapped in some type of tape. Commode in shared bathroom rocked front to back. One of the dining room chairs was broken and stored in king BR closet. Hair dryer in one of the bathrooms did not work. A lot of the electrical plugs were not working properly. You could use the top or bottom plug. If these problems were fixed we would come back. Great location. Beautiful condo.

Great location, great unit #304, not overcrowded, plenty of parking. We will be returning. Two years ago we stayed at Phoenix West II on the 27th floor. What a nightmare: elevators, crowded, parking nightmare. Take your family to Phoenix Gulf Shores. You won't regret it.

Great Location and Beautiful Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo’s location is perfect- just three floors up gave us the option to just use the steps most of the time. The pool and water slide are directly below the balcony, which obviously came with lots of daytime noise with kids in the pool (which doesn’t bother us at all), but once inside with the balcony door shut, you couldn’t hear any of the pool noise. The water slide was a big hit! We were able to park in the garage on the same floor which was a huge plus and never had trouble finding a spot. There was plenty of space for our group of 14. The master has its own bathroom, there is a bathroom that is shared with a bedroom and opens to the hallway, and a Jack & Jill bathroom between the other two rooms. Plenty of kitchen cookware and dishes to get us through the week, including a coffee maker and Crockpot. Also, plenty of towels, though we obviously had to rewash as needed through the week. A few cons (did not affect our overall experience):When we first arrived, we went to the lobby to get our parking passes- there was only one attendant and it took us a full 30 mins to get through the line (obviously no fault of the condo owner themselves). With every guest, the attendant asked if they pre-registered their vehicles online and every single person said they didn’t know that was an option...definitely would’ve saved a lot of frustration.Mattress pad on the king bed is as annoying and awkward as other reviews say. Floors in the condo could probably use a good scrubbing- again, as other reviews say, our feet were all black after just a short time of walking on it.Saw someone mention that the light in the laundry room doesn’t work. The light switch is on the left wall...the switch directly above the washer/dryer doesn’t seem to do anything (may be helpful to label them). Also, some kind of hooks or a stand alone towel rack would be very helpful on the balcony for wet towels and

Condo was in a great location but the bathroom baseboards were dirty and there were some other minor issues e.g. a leaking toilet, broken floor tiles, etc. that need to be fixed. Overall, nice condo in a great location that was just what our group of 10 needed for a long weekend.
