Great family vacation

The house is just as pictured and very clean! Beds were comfortable. We loved having 2 refrigerators and an ice maker. Easy access to the beach. Excellent property management!! We worked with Dee Dee who was amazing. We had an issue with a sink not draining. We texted Dee Dee, and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Would stay again!

Great accommodations for High School soccer team

Out boys high school soccer team and two coaches stayed here during a 4 day tournament in Foley. The location was perfect to give the boys access to the beach while secluded enough for the coaches to relax. The property is amazing and coach already wants to book it for next years tournament.

Great spot in Ft Morgan!

Our family of 18 gathered here for a week Long Beach vacay and the house was perfect! Location was great as it was just steps from the beach but only a 15 minute drive to Gulf Shores. Tennis courts and pools in the neighborhood were a great benefit. The property manager was fantastic! She was so helpful and answered any questions immediately! We would stay here again.

Amazing beach house!

This house and the property manager were both amazing! Check-in was simple. The house was very clean. I had no complaints and I'm pretty picky about cleanliness! We loved the open layout of the downstairs and the big table. Made it easy to all hang out together to watch tv or play games. We had all of the kitchen utensils and pans that we needed. We also loved how close the house is to the beach. It's a very short, easy walk. The deck was great for the rainy days. We could still sit outside and watch and listen to the waves. The beds were comfortable - we all slept well. The property manager answered any questions we had within minutes. We had icemaker problems and she had a repairman there very quickly, and followed up with us to make sure we had what we needed. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Great communication and anytime we had a question it was answered immediately. We’ve been coming to this area for the past 7/8 years and this was by far the best one! We had a small group- 3 adults, but this home is huge and would be perfect for a large family. The beach is steps away, and the large porch facing the beach was our favorite spot to be. The area was quiet and relaxing. I cannot say enough how perfect this place is! We will definitely be return customers! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

It’s an easy walk right across the sand to the beach. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The property manager and owner responds very quickly to any problem or request. The upstairs water wouldn’t warm up and I texted the property manager. There was a worker and the owner at the house very promptly. They did not hesitate and replaced the hot water heater in no time. Thanks again for all you did to make this another great beach trip.

We love the house and DeeDee was awesome very helpful arranging a motorized wheelchair for my handicapped family members after arriving and finding no walkway! The pictures shown of view totally inaccurate. Every day our view was of trash and multiple vehicles and construction. We’re a family with construction background and would never leave the site at days end without cleaning up the debris!Inside of house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the local seafood at Hangout,LuLu’s, and Salty bass

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned our big family Thanksgiving vacay early this year for some time in the mountains, not the beach. Hurricane Helene tore through NC so our plans changed. We didn't see this home and booked place #2 in Destin. Three days before check-in, the home developed a major leak. We scrambled one more time and thankfully, this home was available and ... absolutely perfect. We had a lot of specific needs: 6 bedrooms with at least three primary bedrooms and one on the main level; pet friendly and room enough for 11 or 12. This house more than met our needs.Although we didn't plan for a beach trip originally, this getaway to Fort Morgan was exactly what our big extended family needed and we're so grateful this wonderful home was available when we needed it. Everything from the layout, room configuration, comfy king beds, two large refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves, huge deck overlooking the ocean, easy-to-sweep floors (to keep sand from driving you crazy) ... everything ... was absolutely perfect for our big brood.The property managers were wonderful, too. From us needing to add an extra pet at the literal last minute to texting with me as we checked in and on our first full day to give us the lay of the land with Blue Angels flights, they were so kind, professional, helpful and made our stay even better.And yes, we had our own personal airshow as the Blue Angels practiced right in front of our home almost every day. We loved it!Oh, the kitchen — in addition to the double fridges, dishwashers and microwaves, there are pots and pans, utensils, serving pieces, small appliances, etc. for anything you need to do in the kitchen. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and a gazillion other meals in that kitchen and had all the tools we needed.The weather was gorgeous during our week there so we spent days on the beach and nights watching movies, putting together puzzles and more. Reviewer Comments: Our original house canceled on us three weeks before our vacation due to unforeseen circumstances, luckily this house was available to fit our large group! Of course, I looked at pictures, but the house was even better in person than it was online. It was very clean, the kitchen was so well stocked, probably the most well equipped kitchen we have had. We have been coming to this area for over 10 years with a large group of friends and this year was definitely one of the best. We had great communication with the property manager, she addressed our questions immediately as well. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the beach was easily accessible.
